Terms & Conditions Policy

Please ensure you have read through the following information below before booking your session.
 

By using this website or registering for any services offered at Language of Light, Holistic Practice & Services by
Noelia Tejada, you are automatically agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions Policies.
We reserve the right to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions, website or policies at any time without prior notice.

Consent & Cancelation Policy

I (client/user) understand that the services offered here are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, and/ or treatment.
 

I (client/user) understand that Transference Healing® is an alchemical frequency healing and ascension modality which does not require physical contact during a session.
 

I (client/user) acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body can require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal.
 

I (client/user) accept full responsibility for my own self care, personal development, and decisions in regards to my health and well-being.
 

I (client/user) understand that any information offered by Noelia Tejada at Language of Light, Holistic Practice & Services is advice only and does not come with any guarantees of effectiveness.
 

I (client/user) further understand that I (client/ user) must communicate any levels of discomfort during a session.
 

I (client/user) indemnify Noelia Tejada against all adverse reaction, sustained as a result of a session.

Client Booking

I (client/user) understand hat I can choose the session and time I preferred, by booking online at www.languageoflight.com.au

I (client/user) understand that a full payment is required at the time of booking.


I (client/user) understand the need of a valid credit or debit card to book my appointment & process the payment accordingly.


Payments at www.languageoflight.com.au are supported by Square. Prices are in Australian Dollars for Australian residents.
Prices are in American Dollars for residents outside of Australia.

Rescheduling Appointments

I (client/user) may reschedule my appointment, free of charge, up to 48 hours before my session.
 

I (client/user) understand the responsibility to email light@languageoflight.com.au to notify and request an appointment to be rescheduled.
 

I (client/user) understand that the full service fee will be charged when given less than for 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
 

Please note your appointment requires preparation time, please be mindful of this and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, if you (client/user) need to reschedule your appointment.
 

Language of Light, Holistic Practice & Services understands that unforeseen things can happen and appreciate you (client/ user) notifying by email at light@languageoflight.com.au as early as possible.
 

A full refund will be provided, if any session is rescheduled by Noelia Tejada.

Cancellations

I (client/user) may cancel my appointment, free of charge, up to 48 hours before my session.
 

I (client/user) understand the responsibility to email light@languageoflight.com.au to notify and request an appointment to be cancelled.
 

I (client/user) understand that the full service fee will be charged when given less than for 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
 

Please note your appointment requires preparation time, please be mindful of this and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, if you need to cancel your appointment.

  

Language of Light, Holistic Practice & Services understands that unforeseen things can happen and appreciate you (client/user) notifying by email at light@languageoflight.com.au as early as possible.
 

A full refund will be provided, if any session is cancelled by Noelia Tejada.
 

Due to preparation and energy exchange, refunds will not be provided for any service after it has been conducted.

Cancellation Fees

I (client/user) understand that when providing less than 48hrs notice for a cancellation or reschedule, full service fee will be charged.
 

WORKSHOPS/ TRAINING: Deposit is required upon registration – Non refundable. This is to ensure all training materials are ready in preparation for the training session.
 

ARRIVING LATE: All sessions will commence on time regardless of your (client/user) late arrival. All sessions will finish at the allocated time and the full service fee will be charged.
 

NO SHOW: It will be considered as a last minute cancellation, therefore full service fee will be charged.
 

Due to preparation and energy exchange, refunds will not be provided for any service after it has been conducted.

Refunds

I (client/user) understand that due to the preparation and energy exchange, no refunds will be provided for any service after it has been conducted.
 

I (client/user) understand that notifying by email at light@languageoflight.com.au providing more than 48 hours’s notice to cancel or reschedule my appointment, a full refund will be issued.
 

I (client/user) understand that providing less than 48 hours’ notice, will incur in a full service fee and the full amount will be charged (as per Cancellation Fees).
 

A full refund will be provided, if any session is cancelled or rescheduled by Noelia Tejada.
