I offer a safe & confidential space based in the supportive principles of Holistic Counselling and the profound insights of Astrology. My lineage of study is Psychological & Evolutionary Astrology, where we see the birth or natal chart as a map containing valuable information for our lifetime. When we decide to reconnect with all parts of ourselves, we embark a journey of self-awareness, growth, and transformation. As the saying goes 'knowledge is power', by getting to know ourselves, and acknowledging life's cycles, we can feel empowered to co-create and live from a conscious place.

What is Psychological & Evolutionary Astrology? ​

Working with Psychological & Evolutionary Astrology can help us better understand & accept ourselves, as well as those around us.
Psychological & Evolutionary Astrology studies each planet as an archetypal symbol, to help us better understand certain behaviours expressed through the collective unconscious, our family lineage, and the Self. 
This helps us to bring awareness to our own emotional landscape, to certain dynamics that come up in our lives, as well as the core needs that make us feel safe, loved, and seen. An astrological reading through this lens, is a gentle invitation to explore:

• Unconscious attachments: bringing awareness to hidden personal behavioural patterns, 

• The Masks we wear: understanding the identities we have created to protect

   and/or to fit in,

• Inner gifts and talents: unlocking natural talents and strengths. 
  
  Once we bring these patterns to light, we can begin to work with our inner nature and not against it. We can begin to choose and live from a consciously coherent place. Accepting the consequences with responsibility allows us to reduce projections. Psychological & Evolutionary Astrology has helped me to bring awareness to my emotional patterns, it allowed me to see certain dynamics and beliefs within my family unit, it has widen my understanding of life's cycles and how the energies are available for all of us. However, the way these energies manifest in our reality, will depend on the level of awareness and integration of all our parts. Among other things, this astrological view has allowed me to cultivate compassion and understanding for myself & others, as well as being accountable for my intentions, actions, and setting healthy boundaries. 
   

How the Sessions Work? 

To create your personalised astrology reading, prior to our time together, I will need the following details:

• Date of birth

• Place of birth

• Exact time of birth 
  An accurate birth time is essential for a precise reading.
  
  Choose Your Journey
  I offer two pathways to explore yourself and life through astrology.

• Astrology Chart Reading. 1hr 30min x Online Session
  A deep dive into your unique birth chart, focusing on your core emotional landscape & potential manifestations.
  Perfect for those new to astrology or looking for a grounded baseline of self-awareness.
   

• Solar Return Reading. 2hr 30min x Online Session
  Combines your foundational chart with your Solar Return Chart, which is your astrological birthday forecast.
  This supports you to intentionally navigate current life transitions, potential themes or lessons, and the energy available for you over the next 12 months. This is a new chart, from your current birthday, which will be interpreted together with your birth or natal chart. For this is important to know the place (city, country) where you are or will be celebrating. 
  
  Extra Layer of Healing & Exploration: Flower Essences

If you are willing to take your self-exploration a step further, I also work with Flower Essences in combination with your natal chart. While the essences are not included in the standard session price, I am happy to provide a personalised recommendation if you wish to experience their magic. Bach remedies, Bush remedies, and California flower essence remedies are available worldwide.
