Service Description

I offer a safe and confidential space from a Holistic Counselling perspective, focussing on key elements from your birth chart. To ensure a personalised session, I'll need your date, time, and place of birth, as exact as possible. Particularly the time! Working with Psychological & Evolutionary Astrology can help us better understand ourselves, our emotional world, and the things we 'need' in order to feel safe & loved. It is an invitation to look at our unconscious attachments, our behavioural patterns, even the 'masks' or identities we create for ourselves. Some of which do not belong to us, but it may be part of our family dynamics or the collective subconscious. Once we start seeing these patterns, we can choose & discern from a conscious place what we truly need or no longer need, on our path of transformation. The intention is personal growth, evolution & transformation. Learning to recognise our innate gifts & talents to live from our true essence and abundant life. I believe that doing this self-exploration can support us by building healthier, stronger & powerful relationships with ourselves, and others. If you are willing to take your self-exploration a step further, I also work with Bach, Bush and California Flower essences* in combination with your natal chart. *Flower essences are not included as part of the session. As I dedicate time to prepare each reading, please book your session with two weeks, or even further notice, ensuring we can make the most of our session.
